From my new Punk Collection, Wild Rose features an ornate flower head supported by a thorn strewn black stem. The rose is created with mosaic dichroic glass in jewel colours. The top layer of clear glass is fragmented to expose parts of the flower to the elements. 
This work explores the delicate balance between nature and destructive human activity that threatens to destroy it. Flowers will not bloom on a dead planet. Set against a graffiti grunge background, each piece is unique.
